Company history
Established in 2005, CREDIS Law is a prominent Slovak law firm based in Bratislava.
Our team of dynamic, experienced lawyers offers a wide range of legal expertise, primarily in company law, real estate, employment law, acquisitions, as well as criminal and tax law. Representing clients in civil, administrative, tax, and criminal procedural law is an essential part of our legal services, and we have extensive experience representing clients before the courts and before state and regional authorities. We cater to an international clientele and large corporations. Our lawyers provide high-level legal services, for which we have been recognised and have earned places on international lists of top law firms such as IFLR1000, PLC Which Lawyer, and Legal 500.
CREDIS Law is a member of the International Practice Group and the European Immigration Lawyers Network. We are also a member of the executive committee of the ISA (Investment Support Association) established by the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO). In addition to legal services provided in English, we also communicate in Korean, German, and Russian.

JUDr. Daniel Grigeľ
JUDr. Daniel Grigeľ studied at the Comenius University Faculty of Law in Bratislava and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and obtained his law degree in 2006. He spent three years as the chief state advisor at the Anti-Monopoly Office of the Slovak Republic and did traineeships at the European Commission in Brussels and at the Competition Authority in Paris. He has been with CREDIS Law since 2009, becoming partner in 2015 and managing partner in 2020. His specialisations are M&A, real estate transactions, insolvency law, litigation, and criminal law. He writes articles that are regularly published in the International Financial Law Review, the Slovak Spectator, and Trend.
