Daniel is a senior partner at Credis Law Bratislava, specialising in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
With 20 years of experience, he has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to innovative start-ups.
His strategic approach and deep understanding of the legal landscape have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and formidable advocate.
Daniel’s professional journey includes previous positions at the Slovak Antimonopoly Office and several international internships, including with the European Commission and the French Competition Authority.
In addition to his legal studies of domestic law in Bratislava, he broadened his perspective by studying international commercial law, European private law, international tax law and EU law at the School of Law in Rotterdam.
In addition to his legal practice, Daniel is involved in education and mentoring.
He has lectured extensively for professional organisations such as ISA and SARIO, focusing on state aid and investment projects.
His commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting the next generation of legal professionals underlines his passion for the law.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking in the high mountains, reading history books and spending time with his family.
He is also an avid traveler, always eager to immerse himself in different cultures and gain new perspectives.
