Lucia Gatova
Senior Counsel
Lucia completed her legal studies at Comenius University in Bratislava in 2002. After gaining admission to the Czech Bar Association in 2007, she joined international law firm in Prague where she focused on corporate law and MA transactions. Seeking to enhance her expertise, Lucia pursued advanced studies at Queen Mary University in London, earning a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in 2011. Her professional journey continued with a five-year tenure as a senior state counsellor at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic, where she specialized in addressing unfair trading practices in the food supply chain. Since 2019, she has been practicing as a Slovak attorney-at-law, specializing in immigration law and the employment of foreigner nationals in Slovakia. Before joining CREDIS Law in 2023, she gained experience at an international law firm in Bratislava, where she focused on commercial and employment law. Her expertise encompasses immigration law, employment law, and corporate law.
